overheating dont think its headgasket

Unhappy overheating dont think its headgasket

how do i know if cooling fan isnt turning fast enough. when engine is cold remove rad cap and start coolant slowly rises and overflows no bubbles just slow rise dont know if its an air pocket im lost new wat. pump. and stat replaced twice and temp sensor twice and tried two caps no coolant in oil or vice versa. no smoking exhaust tail pipes dry. please help with ideas this is my 5th camaro first lt1 one and ready to blow it up lol.

the exhaust gaskets and intake apears to have been replaced recently so i am guessing the guy who had the car before me had the same prob and did head gasket but it didnt fix the prob

cooling fans are wired to come on with the ignition but one sqweels some time

car seems to run fine till about 210 temp and coolant starts flowing out of overflow then temp jumps staight to 260 if i rev engine to 2500 or 3000 rpm temp drops for a few sec. this work a few times then temp wont drop only takes about 30 to 45 min to cool down to about 180 or less

Did you use the bleeder screws when you refilled the coolant to make sure air pockets are relieved?
