pcmforless is what im guessing your talking about. with the 94 up u can either have them send u one and when u get it u send them yours. or u can send yours in and have them do it. thats my understanding of it anyways. thats one of the differences. the 93 camaro has a rare ecu. it also has a prom so i can add a tuned chip to it that goes between the prom and the ecu. my ecu got water in it last fall and it took me a couple months to find a replacement for 500 bucks. of course a couple weeks ago i see two on ebay for way less. i now have a backup. lol.

Yeah but more im reading the pcmtunes seem to be for more major mods like cams and heads and stuff im doing bolt ons like headers cold air intake and cat back
