Default not satisfied w/ clutch & head gasket replacement

I own a 94 Z28 I had the headgaskets changed since my car was overheating when I was stopped to long, white smoke from exhaust, a diesel sound uphill, and watery oil now it seems some problems were resolved but it still overheats and I feel it too shakey......mechanic said let everything sit right and adjust itself & about overheating it seems they over filled it.. dunno much I need help plus the clutch was replaced and it still vibrates on take off either first or reverse this is what it did before it went out......HELP any advice? Im so frustrated put alot of $$$ to have this outcome, and I want to go yell at the mechanics but want to sound like I know what Im talking about

They didnt overfill it, they didn't get the air pockets out.. so they rationalize the overflowing that is occuring as being overfilled. LOL bet u have a low-coolant light on unless they unplugged the sensor behind the fill cap. The clutch sounds kinda bad...IDK what to say bout that, I would have to experience it to make a call

Do the fans come on when the engine temp gets hot?
Was the flywheel resurfaced or replaced when the clutch was replaced?
Are transmission & engine mounts OK?
Flywheel too light for street use?
Engine stumbling under high load at low RPM? (Too big a cam for 9.5 compression)

Bleeding the system on these cars is a pain, locate the two bleeder screws and get to work, lol. As far as the clutch, possible bad throwout bearing?

*edit*

Also, I thought as soon as the car gets upto temp the first time w/ a new head gasket it is seated. It is heat activated isn't it? I could be totally wrong though.

if the clutch is chattering then i would look into getting an new flywheel if it was not surfaced before thwe new clutch was put in it will have many of the same syptoms that the old one had its a bad situation but you can pick up light weight flywheels for a few hundred if you want to go that route if it have a fadanza flywheel in it they sell a friction surface replace ment for them and they are like 70 thats what i did to mine when i rebuilt the motor and they can be resurfaced also stocks flywheel shouldnt be that expenseive i wouldnt think

It seems the overheating is the air pockets, plus I asked them to fill it up with the red Dexcool and they filled it with the green coolant instead and I had them replace it but it seems to be mixed dunno if that causes overheating? The main problem now is the Clutch, after driving a while it gets worse I will be in a drive thru and just to move forward a little is a ***** it shakes when engaging the first gear and if the car has been running a while it shakes worse. Im gonna ask if they resurfaced the wheel and to check the motor/trans mounts and the throw out bearing as well. I also heard about a pilot bearing?

dont mix the two antifreezes they turn to gunk. u may have to flush the sytem to get the mix out. look for clumps of gunk as u do. if u see some do a couple more flush and backflushs. im usein the green stuff. its worked better for me and its recomended for these cars.
add that it could be a little oil on the clutch. doesnt take much. anything that was done should be on the reciept.
