i a tapping noise coming from the valve cover it sounds like rocker arms is there any way to adjust them. I got a 95z with lt4 hot cam and 1.6 rocker.
Also what is needed to fix this.

 

so u have a lt1 with 1.6 roller rockers? u need to take the cover off and make sure it hasnt come lose. to start with whats the oil pressure cold and at running temp? what kind of oil filter are u useing? how many miles on the car? how about some history on the motor.

 

the oil pressure cold is right above half mark running is right at the half mark. I'm using a stp oil filter. the motor was rebuilt in 2005 and has about 10k miles. it's a 327 block with lt4 hot cam 1.6 rockers and basic bolts on intake exhaust headers tb.

 

yes the lifters can be adjusted, could be that rocker is coming lose and needs to be reset or u could have a lifter that has went bad.
