Default new ride... do I need a new s.n.? can I stay?

well sold my 95 z28 today. turned around and got a 97 trans am and made $100 profit to boot!! The Z wasnt too bad, I'll miss the 6 spd. but I wont miss all the rattles and idiot lights popping up all the time, and non-functioning a/c, and wierd speakers, and, well you get the idea.

the t.a. is ten times nicer, inside and out, and everything seems to work. its got long tube headers, and real nice exhaust, functional ram air, eibach springs, tints, t-tops, and the a/c works, and a tuner I got with it, which is supposedly set up for whatever cam it supposedly has.

so can I stick around here? not that I post that often anyway but I hate joining new forums. lol the t.a. needs a little work though, the tranny has a problem, some kind of coil or something, supposedly its a $900 fix. other than that not bad at all.

heres the picks...

You can keep the sn if you want. I even think it could be changed if you want too.

Thats a sweet car, I always liked that body style. The auto's are pretty good once they are working right. If that unit is coming out for repairs it would be worth it to uprade the internals as well as the torque converter. If your cam has been changed for perfromance reasons it is recommended to change the converter anyway- higher stall speed. It makes a huge difference on how your car launches. Good luck

ya I cant wait to get the tranny fixed and see how this car goes. I think this motor has a few more goodies on it than the camaro did, so it should be fun.

Look at the bright side, you get to stay on with us and we may get a new member with your old 95Z.
