Default misfire help!

first off, car is a 1994 camaro z28, lt1, m6, about 150k.
when ever i fire it up, it misfires and runs rough until it warms up a little bit. even after its been warm and i turn it off and then back on, it does it again for only like a minute. i also notice that if I'm revving the engine up high when accelerating, it will do it when its around redline. optispark was replaced not too long ago, I'm thinking i just have a bad plug wire?

any input is appreciated!

if you have stock exhaust manifolds I'd rather do the opti 3 times than try and replace plugs

21 Piece SAE/Metric Go-Thru Socket Set

makes taking out #6 and #8 a breeze

I was going to get the set at Sears for around $60 but saw this at HF a few months back and bought it. So far so good and it hasn't broken
