Default many mechanical problems with my z28

here i am once again my 1995 camaro z28 6 speed started with another problem my car has 100,000 original miles i change the spark plugs like 3 weeks ago on my car because it was missing a little bit. the motor shakes a lil bit like if something was wrong with it. ichange the spark plugs and the problem still there..also is burning a lotof oil every three weeks im putting two quarts you cant see smoke coming out though also the old spark plugs had oil on them ...thanx for your help

could be the motor mounts, whats it like when you are driving it ? what color smoke is it ?

no is not the motor mount is shaking when the car is on neutral...is like when you have a bad spark plug but im sure thats not the problem thy're brand new

The engine is misfiring. Revisit the cylinder with the plug that had oil on it. Could be that the plug wire is bad. Also, considering the amount of oil you are burning, the rings or valve seals may be worn out. or there may be some engine damage. Do compression test or a leakdown test & see what condition the engine is in.

ditto on z28pete!

I would add that you may want to try the seafoam process to remove any excess carbon build-up in your motor. The valves and fuel injectors can have excessive buil-up (carbon deposits).

You can disregard the 38 pages of comments. I have read most of the pages and it is mostly people confirming that this process is AWESOME!

I have performed this process on my 94' Z28 and I saw a 2.5 mpg increase in gas mileage. I also noticed smoother idling and MUCH smoother acceleration.
