lt4 manifold help

Default lt4 manifold help

i just bought an lt4 intake manifold ported and polished off this guy i work with for 300 bucks. do i need the lt4 heads or can i port the stock heads?

you dont need ported stockers or lt4 heads. but that intake wont be worth anything if you dont do head work. id reccomend lookin into AI or LE for some head portin. and maybe a cam. but your goin to want all the bolt ons to support that.

advanced induction and lloyd elliot both very good lt1 head porters. ai also sells aftermarket heads but ported stockers will do

if you want a cam they will make one to the specifications that you want

no problem. but if you do heads/cam make sure you have all the bolts ons to support it it'd be kinda stupid not to.

like a full exhaust and air intake, tb and maf?

full exhaust-headers cat back air intake 1.6rr a tb if the intake is ported for one. you can get an electric water pump 160* thermostat and after heads/cam a tune either dyno tune or pcmforless. i may be missin some but if you do heads/cam make sure u have atleast headers exhaust and cai
