Does anyone know of a company that produces an ls ignition for the lt1?

You can get something close to it, by using a Delteq system. Itdoes away withthe high tension portion of the Optispark, and uses 8 individual coils, but you still need the Optispark electronics to send timing signals to the PCM.

Or if you just want a better system than stock, get the MSD version of the Optispark.

I just wantaway from the opti. dist. As long as there is no more opti problems I would be happy.

With the Delteq you still have the Opti, but only the elecronics portion gets used, the distributor cap only serves as a cover.

the only way to get rid of the opti is to get rid of the lt1
