im bringin it up.... camshaft, suggestions?

Default im bringin it up.... camshaft, suggestions?

ok i plan to get a cam for my car in the near future, i dont know jack squatt about them, so here i go for some help, this is what i want, i want a choppy idle, but not crazy choppy that i think the car is goin to die, and i dont want all the power on top end, i want most of it on mid..............lets talk, what will i like?

and i will be getting the car dyno tuned again after cam and headers (long tubes) which will go on at the same time

thats a little extreme for stock heads and intake. are u planning something else? do u have a hp goal?

i wanted to get the le1 heads from elliot port works but that wont be for a while. but with the plans right now ill just be doin the cam and headers for this year, i have no hp goal, i am just doin piece by piece untill i am satisfied,

did u check out the converter required with the cam? stock tc will be grabing at a idle on the one in the link.

I would just go with your gut feeling! But I think the XFI lobes are a little more advanced. If you stroke it I think you'll get a cleaner burn and the added weight will build more torque, that's just my opinion.

i did not, what is the limit on the cam before i have to rip open the 6 speed to put a diff tc in? cuz i really dont want to do that

or what kind of cam would you recomend?

Dude, he has a T-56!!!!!! And by the way your injectors were designed by Lotus!

wait ya do standards have a tc? i have a 6 speed not a auto
