yeah i know but its for show, not racing, and its a daily driver so wanted to be able to rotate my tires.

yeah, ill eventually change it up, get some nice deep dish in the back, but its my only car right now so i gotta go as cheap as possible

huh???
I'm talking about the tires he said for the rears. 315/50-18 that's a huge sidewall on a bigger rim. 5 inches bigger diameter of the tire. which won't fit in the wheel well by a long shot.

rice killa is ABSOLUTELY correct

please pay attention to his post. He said tire diameter, not wheel diameter.

some also call it tire height

to run 315 x 18s in the rear then you need to go to around a 30 aspect ration, not a 50.

an aspect ratio of 30 with 315 x 18's keeps you around 25 1/2 inches but going to a 50 series and you are 5 inches greater tire diameter

the poster will also be paying a pretty penny for tires but needs to speak with a tire pro rather than running off ***** nilly and getting any old size because it sounds cool

i had the 315 mt ets on my stock ss rims, i ran them daily and on the track without a problem...
