u can get a extra hp gain by bypassin the coolent lines from the throttle body , that keeps cool air flowing rather than letting warm air in the throttle body ! an behind the drivers side headlights there is plastic u can remove that an that will let a little more air in .

 

You're better of spending the money for a real CAI on the intake side, removing that plastic will get you almost nothing because of all the other constrictive tubing it has to run through. As far as the coolant bypass, you get a couple HP, it's not worth risking drivability in cold weather in my opinion.
