Default How do I connect this Hayden fan control?

I own a 1994 Camaro Z28 and recently bought a Hayden electrical fan control and I am not sure how to best install it. Specifically, where and how do I connect the yellow, green, orange, and blue wires? Pictures would help a lot. The instructions and a picture of the fan controller are attached. All of the components I received with the fan controller can be seen in the picture I attached. The instructions sometimes refer to parts that didn’t come with it (i.e. locking button, foam pads, and the quick mount rod). Thanks for the help.

Here is a link to the fan controller.

Yellow wire = Connect to a positive 12 volt connection controlled by the ignition.
- I have a multimeter, but do not want to strip every wire and test it until I happen across a 12 volt connection that is controlled by the ignition. What is a good wire to connect the yellow wire to?

Green wire (air conditioner override) = Connects to the A/C clutch wire.
- I don’t know which wire is the A/C clutch wire.

Orange fused wire (power output) =Attaches to the fan power wire. Ground the remaining power wire.
- Does this mean I connect the orange wire directly into the driver side fan?

Blue wire (power output): Used for dual fan installation. Attach the blue wire to a fuse holder and then to the second fan power wire.
- What fuse holder are they referring to and do I connect directly to the passenger side fan?
