i have an automatic 95 Z28. . . it hesitates shifting out of gear. . when im drivin the car normal, it shifts perfect out of every gear. . no hesitation or anything. the tranny is perfect. but when i stomp the pedal, the car kinda sputters from 5 to 6k rpm. then when it hits the rev. limiter at 6k, and hesitates to shift into the next gear... if anyone has experienced the same prob. or even has a good idea of what it could be, i would really appreciate ur input.....

 

when was the last time the tranny fluid and filter was changed ?

 

i dunno bout the filter, but i checked the fluid and it seeed fine... thnx for the respond.. ive been waiting for someones input, for a minute now....lol

 

Yeah, CF isn't the quickest forum, but you get about half the BS answers.

Tranny fluid shouldn't ever need replacing...unlessyou live in the dust bowl, or have metal shavings in it. Then you have a whole different problem. lol. (need confirmation for this, it may be every 100000 miles or something...)
