help!! i have a 1996 camaro ss. well i'm thinkin its the damn opti-spark but i'll get some suggestions before i make myself broke. anyway sometimes when i take off in 1st gear the car is hesitating: and same for at low rpm's in 2nd and 3rd. But if i get on it hard it seems to run fine. Its weird cuz its not doin it all the time. which leads me to believe that the opti ias slowly going but its only been on there for about 4,00 miles if that. i read a couple similar probs that people had and it was tehir fuel filter but i tried that and it didn't work. I figure its good ol bad luck and somethin pricy. appreciate the help thanks.

 

Is the service lite lit or flashes when you are having the problem??

 

the service is light is on but that's because i put new exhaust on and there suppose to be 4 o2 sensor hook ups but there are only spots for 3 of em w/ the new exhaust set-up. but whe i got the code read for it it just read that's its not readin that 02 sensor that isn't there. i'm eventually gonna buy the o2 simulators to fix that lil prob . and the lite has not flashed at all.

 

mine is also doing the same but its stock,what should i do?
