help removing passenger side head

Default help removing passenger side head

ive removed the lower bolts and the bolts under the valve cover as well as the two bolts that go through the accessory bracket into the head but it still wont budge. Anything im missing?

you have all the bolts on the intake plus the cross over pipe on the back side it goes from 1 head to the other. do you have a book to see what you should be doing . if not you should go get 1 they have a lot of info in them for stuff like that.

there are 17 head bolts per side, always use new headbolts when reinstalling a lt head.

will be getting new head bolt kit- intake has been remove (common sense?) did not remove the banjo bolt fitting on the back of the head yet, started to loosen it but figured it would move even with it bolts on. Guess Ill start by removing that.

be best to get the steam crossover pipe lose from the heads before trying to remove them. crossover pipe is not cheap and you need it so be carefull of it. if you have all 17 head bolts out get a pry bar or better a wood handle hammer and stick it in a intake port, pull head lose.

i completely forgot the lower farthest bolt. It was getting alittle dark outside yesterday. Have the head gasket replaced on that side now. Just gotta put it back together now. Thanks everyone!
