i got a 97 camaro Z28. the car is bone stock i have a cold air intake but thinking about changing it to ram air and i was thinking about putting long tube headers and 3 inch true dual exhaust. how much hp can i expect from doing this?

 

most of the gain will come from the headers. im thinkin in the area of 20 to 30. u need to do the heads, cam and intake to have a need for exhaust like that and whatever u decide do a computer tune to really make it work.

 

the thing is the computer is all screwed up cuz when i bought it it didnt have the wire harness me and my brother looked it up in the books and the v6 harness was no difference. we put it in and it fired off. we hook the obd2 on it to read the service engine light and it powers up but nothing reads. my trans blew up so now im putting in 350 turbo trans. doing computer work is hard to do with that problem
