It's all good I had pics taken last week so it's not gonna look good on them

That is why I always call the cops when involved in an accident. The officer would have taken a statements from both of you, and it sounds like she would have admitted guilt on the spot. End of story at that point.

You don't have to get insurance involved when the cops show up, but that initial police report will make all the difference in the world if you need to go to court.

Best of luck to you in getting them to payup.

Yep, for reasons like this, always call the cops. As soon as you get the cops involved, your insurance company will wind up being involved. Your insurance company is going to get a notice from the state, toot-sweet! There's no hiding it when a report is made.

Oh the cops are involved got her for a hit and run and something else
So we will see but most likely my car will be totaled tomorrow

Well my insurance agent came by and the total damage was $1800.00
funny since I told her father it was 1500 not counting paint so I might of been off but pretty damn close since I figured o was doing it myself lol

Well check is in the mail .... So what to do what to do
Put her back to mint or throw a bra on it till later or use some of it towards a better exhaust system pacesetter custom duals with a pair of bassani mufflers better front brakes and I think my front upper/lower are shot but that's only a few bucks
Check is over 2k so I could do both
