2 of my gauges dont work on my car th oil pressure which is pegged past 80 psi and never moves, and my coolant temp which never moves. there are 2 wires with eye connectors on them one black and one yellow that are on the coil are those for the gauges? they are connected

 

The oil pressure (TAN wire) http://shbox.com/1/oil_pressure_sensor.jpg,and thetemp gage (DK Green wire) http://shbox.com/1/temp_sensor2.jpgonly have one wire conncting them to their sending unit.
Both cases look for the wire to be shorted to ground or open, bad sending unit, bad gage.
