fuel rail covers

so i got some lt1 fuel rail covers but i cant for the life of me figure out how to put em on, does anyone know? im sure the answer will make me feel dumb but thanks

ROTM Winner's Club

should have came with bolts with a stud at the top. these should replace the fuel rail bolts. the covers should mout to these.
