Front license plate is UGLY

do i have to take the front bumper off to take off that secure thingy that holds the front license plate...i cant see its hanging on by some screws...from the inside part...

No Dev, when I first purchased my Z28 I was like wow that has got to go but anyway all you have to do is get an allen wrench and if you look where it screws in at just unscrew it and it will come right off.

Ya, front liscence plate is discusting looking- we require them here in Ohio and I've had mine off for probably a year now and got pulled over 3 times and not one officer even noticed it.
