Man the only thing you should worry about is the damn trani on the camaros and trans-ams. I went through 3 rebuilds already, but mainly i think it was the people who built them. Hell, even some guy i know has a 2002 with 50,000 miles on it and hes went out also. I just dont think chevrolet did a good job on the 4l60e's at all.

95 z28______290hr-12 comp cam, crane cam valve springs, msd coil, taylor pro 8mm wires with braided boot covers, cool air intake, air foil, 150 shot nitrous express, 3:73 gears, hooker comp headers, cut out exhaust. pro flow mufflers

I think the T56's were built better than the 4l60's. I looked at 3 3rd gens that had less than 120k miles and each had rebuilds. I still havent talked to anyone I know/met who owns a T/A Z28 who has a rebuilt T-56.

Either that trani was rebuilt before he got it, or he just got lucky. But i know if you dont want to ocassionaly go through trani problems, its always best to go with the t56
