I have checked all fuses and even the sensor on radiator. What could it be? My Temp. gage is working because it tells me when the car is getting to hot and the fans just won't turn on! Please some one help me out![]

 

Did you check your relays also, one of them could be burned out. On my 94 Z28 there is three relays that work the fans.

 

The fans are controlled by the PCM using 3 relays. Turn on the AC & the fans should run, if not you have an electrical or relay problem. The PCM looks at the ECT sensor mounted on the engine to determine coolant temp. There is no temp sensor on the radiator. See the sticky on the LT1 section on how to analyze your problem.
