Default Exhaust Manifold Help

I recently rebuilt my engine, and everything works fine now, except its really loud when its runinng. The passenger side exhaust manifold is loose. Not terribly so, but it is. Now I took it to the dealership, and they said they can't get it any tighter unless they remove the engine, which is obviously going to be even more of a rape job on the wallet then normal. So is there any way to do this without taking out the engine? I could really use some help. I really want to get my camaro on the road again.

i would try to ack the bolts out as much as i could with out removing them then you could do a few things you could try to chill the bolts to make them shrink a bit which would let you put them in a very little bit more then when they heat up they would expandin addition to this i would put some loctite on the threds and tighten them back don sometimes the bolts like to vibrate. This is what i do at my job when working on large engines mabye it would work for you pretty cheapoption to try at least

If you lived where I do you could just drive it outside! You could try and remove the bolts and chill them wiht some ice with salt, that gets pretty cold. You could also invest in an aircompressor and some air tools, I used an air ratchet when taking off my manifolds(for the bolts I could reach with it)

The exhaust manifold is probably warped.Take it off & get the flanges resurfaced, and put it back with a new gasket.
