Default Exhaust/Headers Suggestions

Gotta 96 Z28.

I'm looking to get new exhaust and headers.

What do you guys like the best? What sounds the best in your opinion?

I know I want some Long Tube Headers (no idea what brand or kind to get..)

Exhaust? Magnaflow? Flowmaster? Borla? What you think?

Looking for a just a dual catback, either 4 pipes or 2 pipes. its whatev.

Also, what about the cats? I got one in the front one in the back. then the muffler of course. I really wanna just cut the cats off. can i just replace the open space with a peice of pipe?

Any advice/information that'd help would be great!!!!

P.S. I live in wyoming. Who cares about emissions? lol I don't and the state don't so lets pollute away!

okay...here we go...first off, a search will yield many results on this topic but i will explain away anyway because i'm bored

as far as headers...LONG TUBE HEADERS are the only way to go...since you don't care about emissions, you can go with race version headers and delete the AIR and EGR systems. you can also go with a race y-pipe which deletes the cats.

popular brands-pacesetter, hooker, LPP, kooks

as far as cat-back...each will yield about the same HP gains so it really comes down to what you like as far as sound. IMO, flowmaster sucks and i wouldnt' buy it.

popular brands-magnaflow, loudmouth, borla, corsa

borla is nice because you can adjust the sound that it will make
