Default estimated HP

how much HP would a 383 LT4 make with 195cc AFRs. Full bolt on's too. like high flow cats and full intake. ball park guess?

Ball park? Put it in a dyno and find out.

haha i don't have that. i was thinking of that being my build. but wanted to know what kind of power it would make. i was thinking about 460ish

It just depends on what all you do man, the type of cam, tuning, and your drivetrain.

If you're looking to put 460 to the rear wheels I doubt the 195cc AFR's have the port volume to flow enough for you to get that kind of power. 460 at the crank wouldn't be unheard of though, but a lot of it is going to depend on your cam.

what kind of cam would be good? something that would be powerful but would be smog legal

keepin the car emissions friendly is gonna be difficult. and i also agree wit silver the 195s probably dont flow enough you could go with a bigger heads and a nice custom cam and full bolt ons and you should be close.

You didn't give even close to enough info. Like all posters said, those heads...probobly not the best.

What pistons are you using? Compression? Cam? Timing? Ignition? Intake, carburation? Unless its all quality components and you know what you're doing...Id say 400 at the flywheel or less.

yes we'd need to know a lot more about the build to make an honest guess at that. for us to be able to help you better with a cam, we need to know EVERYTHING that went into the build

More then stock LT1 and less then a LS1...sounds about right.
