eratic idle

after the engine warms up sometimes the revs jump without me pushing the pedal ...why?

TPS sencer?? if you hit the gas and let off right away will it almost die?
it may also be your opti spark.

is your ses light on.

TPS and also the IAC valve. This is a common problem and is sometimes cleared up with a good tune up, such as plugs and plug wires. Last resort, new Opti.
