How much more power can I get if I run duel cats? I have an 94 LT1 with upgraded heads, cam, tuning and all the bolt ons. Would the difference be that much so that it would be worth spending another $500-$600? If I'll get 5hp then I won't even bother.

 

If you get a complete Y pipe from a '96+ then you get 10 crank HP because they went to 2 cats, on the other hand, if you get a mandrel bent Y pipe with cats then you'll get more because the stock Y pipe is pretty restrictive due to all the bends. Just adding in another cat isn't gonna do anything, you'll have to replace the whole pipe to get something, and when you do they Y pipe I'd recomend getting headers as well so you only have to rip out the old system once.
