First of all those the diferential have any rubber seal were the driveline connects to the diferential, and also were the transsmision connects to the driveline. if so continue reading plz
hey ya i have another oil leak that i would like to fix but i need some advice. Ok so its my diferential that is leaking now.I drove the car to school and we go it on the lift, and we could see that above the diferential there is a lot of oil and my ebrakelines are full off oil(i thought i was going to be a brake line but its not) the teacher told me that there is a rubber seal in were the driveshaft connects. I guess i have to replace that, and also abovewere the transsmision join with the driveshaft there is alot of oil there too, and the teacher said that maybe that rubber seal is worn too. So now my question is, do i need a tool to pull the piece were thedriveline joints the differential to replace the rubber seal?, and the same goes for the rubber seal on the back of the tranny. if ya dont understand me i'll post some pictures for more visual

The leak in question is a bad Pinion Brg Seal. Located where the driveline goes into the Diff. a common problem. before you start taking thing apart get some instructions on the brg seal or you could screw up the preload on the pinion.
On the tranny end just replace the seal, you will lose quite a bit of fluid on this fix. Dr Shaft just pulls out.

Maybe this will help you, but your high school shop teacher should know what a pinion seal looks like and how to replace it.
Course your pinion will still be in there when you change it. Be sure to get that nut to German torque specs - "goodentight".

The pinion seal can be changed with the diff in place, it is a press fit but not touse a bar on it. Count the turns it takes to remove the pinion end nut and reinstall with the same amount turns. This should keep the torgue the same.
