Default Colorado custom tune

Need some help here... I have a 95 Z28 and just installed a Jasper engine along with all the fixin's. After over $10k invested, the car is running slower than before. The only thing I can think of is it needs a proper tune to account for all the extra's, i.e. headers, intake, exhaust, etc. I've read some decent posts about pcmforless.com tunes, but to be honest, I'd rather spend the extra money for a proper tune. I'm located in Dever, CO, but if necessary, I'll travel to where ever (within reason). Any suggestions as to a reputable tuner in the area or general comments regarding my predicament are welcome.

Thanks in advance for the much needed assistance!!!

Go talk to Pete at Dragon Race Engineering in Broomfield. He can get you a full dyno tune, and he's probably one of the most reputable guys for late model Chevrolet motors in the country. You can check out his website at www.dragonrace.com as well.

Welcome to the forum by the way, where are you from in Denver? (I'm from Boulder/Denver area as well...Boulder for school, home home is Jeffco by C470/Kipling)

No problem, Pete is great.

You should stick around, sometime over the summer I want to set up a test and tune at Bandimere that we can get a bunch of people to meet up at.
