camaro's low idle in rain

Whenever it rains hard my camaro idles to about 400rpm and seems like its about to die. Does anyone else have this problem?

what yr and model? could be a ground strap is lose or broken. bad plug wires. something in the dizzy,

Leaking plug wires can short out in the wet air. That would be my first guess as the problem.
