So still working on the issues above but I do have a question. When I drive my car and is under load the car's engine ticks or clicks, very strange. The car doesn't do it AT ALL when idling and I rev it. But when the car is in gear driving it ticks/clicks matching the rpm. It is also difficult to find out where from under the hood where it is coming from because I'm driving. Any suggestions?

The tick/click could possibly be an exhaust leak. Does it go away when your engine gets hot or is there all the time? My exhaust leak seams to disappear when the engine gets hot.

So I looked into my idling problem further (extremely annoying) and it looks like the TPS was replaced recently and maybe not adjusted. The voltage of the TPS when ignition ON is .45v compared to the recommended .67v. Is this a big enough difference to cause idle surging? Again ONLY happens when warm. Acts COMPLETELY normal cold and runs like a beast. By the way the IAC looked brand new. Could the TPS also be causing my car to bog down sometimes before 2000 rpms and odd shifting habits(new symptom). And the ticking is an exhaust leak from the header will this affect emmisions(hate it)?
