Default Buying 1995 z28 camaro, need advice

well im buying a 5.7l v8 1995 camaro, and im hoping to keep it around a while. its a 5 spd manual. i was wondering what i should do for it on the basis of keeping it around. ( ignition, intake manifold?) and i was thinking eventually a 100hp nitrous shot. any recommendations.

I'm assuming 1)it's actually a six speed, because they didn't make five speed Z28's and 2) that by "keeping it around" you mean you want it for a long time. In that case, your best bet is going to be keeping up on the regular maintance. I.E. oil changes, fluid changes, brakes, cleaning it, etc. you catch my drift. Eventually you'll have to replace the optispark distributor, it'll typically go out a little after 100K miles.

With incorrect information and no miles listed, I'd say bag that one and keep looking. Unless you can go and look at the car phyically and actually drive it, I wouldn't buy it. $3900 is a lot of trust...
