Default brake master cylinder leak

I have a leak from the brake master cylinder, the leak is really noticible, it leaks from were the cylinder attaches to the booster, do i need a new cylinder? i read somewere inhere that there is a master cylinder rebuild kit, that is suppose to make things easier, what ya say about that? thanks in advance. Also i had posted a problem with oil leak from the motor , z28pete said that i looked like it was the oil pan, that was leaking, how hard it is to remove the oil pan, change the gasket??

I would just replace the master cylinder. I replaced mine last week.. It was like 40 buck and about 20 mins of my time. I dont know if the brake fluid could harm the booster leaking on it like that. I would change it out before the booster goes bad too

All you do is get the master cylinder and some break fluid. Its about 3 or 4 things you need to unscrew to remove it. just take it off. fill it with fliud then bleed the brakes. dont get brake fluid on the paint
