I hope so! Maybe some sweet car parts...or cash, I could use about $3000 right now for a new top end. I think the people of the forum should contribute to our cause!

i think tht you should do full exhaust headers, intake, underdrive pullys and if you have a little extra cash left over buy a cam because all tht flow isnt going to do much unless you put some more lift on those valves and you have to do springs too.

Under drive pullies are pretty close to a useless mod on a 4th gen. The only thing the belt drives is your water pump, alternator and your A/C when you have it on. You're better off getting an electric water pump than the under drive pullies, that way your A/C works and you don't risk running into issues with your battery not charging as it should because your alternator isn't spinning fast enough.

im 18 too can i have a prize?like everybody said already exhaust is one of the first mods to do.. but if your looking for cheap power nitrous is #1 for some real power for not much money. just dont over do it on a stock engine and get a wet system if you choose too.

what he meant was , the belt doesn't drive the water pump and that's where most of the power is lost on a engine with belt driven water pump. the alternator takes very little to run and the a/c uses nothing unless it's on (and the PCM disengauges the a/c clutch @ WOT anyway).

remember , an engine is a big air pump. the more air you can get in and out , the better it will preform. start with a nice cold air kit , some decent headers and full exhaust , your $1500 is pretty much gone then , but you will feel a noticeable gain in power and get better fuel mileage to boot.

I read in Camaro Performers that you can use a smaller underdriven pulley to create more boost... but that was installed with a Vortec S-Trim charger.

A smaller supercharger pulley will increase boost.
