brakes shouldn't have to be bleed unless a leak has occured. bleeding brakes isn'y complicated ... just takes two people. one pumping and holding the pressure while the other releases the bleed valve. if you have never bleed brakes i would have someone that has help me. you could end up with alot more than you possibly have. your problem maybe in the master cylinder. Brake fluid is hydroscopic. I'm going to take it your Camaro is a 95. TECHNICALLY in the books it says brake fluid should be changed once a year. I change mine once every 60,000 miles. But if your car is outside a lot and you do like to heat your brakes up, it will absorb water quicker. Water is compressable. I would go ahead and flush/bleed the brakes. Start with the brake furthest from the master cylinder and work your way to the ones closer. I would go ahead and let them gravity bleed until you see the new brake fluid come out and then "power" bleed them (two people, one holding the pedal down and the other losening the bleeder screw). But yes, check your pads and rotors also and I don't know if you have drums or not so check those too if applicable.
