use that $500 for either paint, rims, or some new tips

well paint is going to be at least $2000 seeing that he has a lot of prep work to do and rims are at least $600 depending on the ones you get tips is one thing but i would go with the cam and springs and lifters you will break you budget by a little but it will be worth it
