I would bet that it is the alarm that was causing the problem. You can check it by putting the fuses and lights back in.
When taking out the alarm, just trace the wires back one at a time. I believe that the starter interrupt will be a purple wire that will be in the main harness under the dash. At least, that was what it was on mine. I just removed the alarm and spliced the two purple wires together and everything else worked fine.

Another option you could try (though tedious) is to get a multimeter, switch over to amperage, then go one by one, disconnect all of the fuses and relays and connect the multimeter in series, and see if there is draw. If the car is off with the keys out of the ignition, and you find draw on a fuse, that's where in the wiring your drain is. Then you get to have fun and trace it down...
Good luck and kill Rustanks!!!

1. Good pics, but they are really small, and you can't see detail. Any way you can take them with an actual camera and upload them so we can see?
2. Your best bet would be to just remove the darn alarm. Unless you really want it. As it is, 4th gen F-bodies aren't the hardest vehicle to break into. Ask me why I know this...
