does anyone know if their is a ram air box, for the 93-97 firebird "big block" hood (see pic) or if one from a ss camaro would work?

It depends on where the outlet of the "ram air" on that hood is. I would recommend you just get a cold air intake and call it a day. Ram Air doesn't even functionally ram until you're doing at least 80 mph and the intake sits over the top of the motor so it has problems with heat soak.
