Has anyone had a check engine light that had a code about a faulty air pump? Is there a fix or is it easy to replace this pump? I think it happened after hitting a puddle and it got wet. I hear they are under the engine and are subject to water damage.

It is not that difficult to get to, but there is a service bulletin issued by GM and you may be able to get it done for free. Check with a Chevy dealer.
