Also in response to the cam, I'm not ready for an upgrade that would require me pulling the engine.

Technically it's illegal to move emissions equipment, but I'm in a pretty strict emissions area and as long as you have a cat and pass the test they don't really care. I would go for headers over the gears due to gas. Go for a long tubes with a 3" catted Y-pipe, you'll get the same HP increase as shorty headers but you'll end up with more low end torque (which is always good...who doesn't love torque?!). My car passes emissions with flying colors after the cats get warmed up...

i cant tell u exsact but i get 16-18 high way and i have 3.73 gears but, i also have bigger injectors, throttle body, exhast.

i went with 4.10 gears in my rear end... i also did a full engine replacement, went with edelbrock shorties due to ca emissions hypertech programmer more so for the speedo fix on obd 1 and lt1 engines... im also running 19'' rims and a 25 series tire... my 0-60 time seems like it almost cut in half from what it was stock...
