Default 95 z28

i replaced my head gaskets i used the worshop manual torque spec. 65 ft/lb . today i started the car and most of the coolant went straight into the motor .... i need advice, what could it be .

Your thermostat might be stuck open?

It will have nothing to go with your thermostat. I am about 90% shere. unless your gasket is messed up.If your thermostat is open it will just run cool it has nothing to do with coolent going into the block....

Why did you replace the gaskets in the first place?

Did it over heat?

Did you get your heads milled down?

Right now if you did every thing right my guess it you have a cracked head. I know you dont want to pull the heads off now so start truble shooting. Is it hydro locked is coolent going into the cylenders? if so find out what side by pulling all the spark plugs out and see what side the water comes out. Maybe your water passege on the gaskte got pinched?
