Default 95 camaro turns off

Hey guys, my 95 z28 has been turning off on me. The rpm's start to go down and when i accelerate in order to avoid it, it still dies. could it be a faulty sensor? i turn it on again and it takes a few tries but when i finally get it to turn on its completely normal. please help!

Does it light the service engine light? If so, an Actron 9145 will read your car's codes (I have a 95Z too)

you can rent a fuel pressure gauge from autozone for like 100$ but you get it back when you bring the tool back

some charge some dont. you may get away with testing in the parking lot and not have to put out anything. see if they can scan it for codes too.

I've yet to see a parts store that can scan a 95Z. The only handheld I've found that works with the 95Z is the Actron 9145. It needs no special cable or power source. It plugs into the OBD2 connector and reads the computer.
