Default '94 z28 a-pillar gauges?

It seems god isn't going to allow me to sleep (ive been up for the past 48 hours straight and havent even felt exhausted and cant sleep when i try) and started looking at a-pillar gauges. just wondering what would be the best ones to buy, I want dual gauges and decided on an EGT gauge but what about the other one? i dont have anything nor plan on having any performance upgrades that would warrant a gauge, i just like knowing as much about my car as possible and the dash gauges just show ya the basics and they look cool

was thinking about a pod too. 21$ for the pod 50$ a gauge and i agree i dont car for the ones in the dash....but for me its cause thier not accurate enough for me. egt? exhaust gas? never thought of monitoring that. for me it would be water temp and oil press.

for the most part my dash gauges are accurate, except for the fuel but theres not much a new fuel gauge will do. sure, lemme know if my cats gonna fail and whatnot. i mainly want a couple extra to tell me stuff that the dash gauges dont, so if somethings gonna go out ill get a little warning beforehand. $50 a gauge really? ive only seen $70 and up

EGT and oil temp maybe? The EGT gauge is usually used as an indicator in tuning so you know that your wideband isn't giving you completely ridiculous results, I don't really think your cat going out would have much of a difference on the exhaust temp, that's going to be almost entirely based on the mixture. You have water temp and Oil pressure in the dash...you don't have any boost to monitor...I'm out of ideas...

Why not use an air fuel ratio gauge and either engine or transmission oil temp gauge?
