i found a 96 t56 trans i want to buy and put into my 94 and wanted to know for sure if the bellhousing bolt patterns are the same before i buy it.

 

If it came out of a 96 Fbody you're not going to have any issues, the drivetrain didn't change other than the addition of 1 cat in 1996. That said, you have a reasonably sized project ahead of you, hope you did your homework...

 

does your tranny come with the flywheel and bellhousing? if so how much did you buy it for? Thats a big project that i was thinking of doin

 

It is a whole other camaro i found i want to use the interior and trans out of. I know theres alot of parts needed for the swap so i figured a whole car would be easiest. I know with gm trucks a few years had a metric bellhousing i didn't know if the camaros might of had that issue too. Thanks for all the input
