Question 94 Camaro Help

Hello everyone.

I recently bought a 94 z28 5.7L v8 Camaro. It was running poorly, overheating and throwing codes. We located and installed a new engine for it, changed the water pump, optispark, spark wires, thermostat and plugs. Got it put back all together and after clearing out those damn coolant air pockets (thanks to the forums) drove it away. It runs great now but still has a few codes.

I'm still getting codes:
42 (Current Electronic spark timing (EST) circuit - open or shorted)
43 (1. Electronic spark control circuit problems 2. EST circuit low voltage detected)
44 (Lean exhaust detected (Left side))
45 (Rich exhaust detected (Left side))
51 (Computer problem; faulty, wrong or incorrectly installed PROM circuit; or ECM/PCM failure)
53 (System voltage too high (over 17.7 volts to ECM) or EGR system fault or alternator voltage not normal or vehicle anti-theft system fault)
54 (1 .Fuel pump circuit fault or Mixture Control (M/C) solenoid fault or ECM fault/EGR solenoid #2 failure (3.8L) 2. Fuel pump relay)
55 (ECM fault or oxygen sensor circuit fault or EGR solenoid #3 failure (3.8L) or fuel lean monitor (Corvette))

I'm no expert so I've come to you all. It seems to me like several of these codes are linked, might need to replace my ECM or O2 sensor. Thoughts?

I appreciate the help.

check all wiring, close look at ecm connections and wires. unhook battery to clear codes and drive it around for a time and see if all the codes come back up. it may be something was done on the install that caused false codes.

I've reset them a few times but I'll take a loot at it today, thanks.
