Looks like it is missing the most important part, the exhaust manifold & plumbing to connecting the engine exhaust to the turbo.

 

If you're running premium now, you're going to have to get water injection and/or use 110 octane all the time. You also have to dyno tune the car, get larger injectors, bigger fuel pump, larger fuel lines, boost reference regulator.
