ok ive heard from a couple people some whko work at dealerships say that the 20 or so horsepower gained from lt headers is not worth the hassle of putting them on and keeping up with them.. now ive done it with my old truck and only had to replace the gaskets once. i was wondering is it really worth it? and i was also wondering wat is the best header gaskets out there, b/c i am probably gonna put the headers on. i was looking at the percys dead soft aluminum gaskets and they looked like they would last.

 

Depends on how you plan to use the car. For a daily driver, probably not worth the hassle; but for a racer, every bit of extra power is useful.
