Default Want to make sure I'm getting a good deal

I own a 1981 camaro now but I'm working at getting a newer one too. I'm looking at a 2002 Z28, 5spd, t-tops, and only 43K miles for $13,000. I don't know much about these newer camaros so I was wondering if this is a good deal or can I find one for cheaper.

Good deal for such low kms, but it can't have a 5 speed if it's a Z28. It's gotta be a 6 speed or it's a V6.
