I have a Jackson Racing sc that i just took out of my wrecked honda civic, i was looking at things and instead of selling it, i figured i would see if i could create a one-off piece for my 02 ss. fabricating brackets and piping will not be an issue for me, but im wondering if it will be worth it at all given that the intake port for the sc is only 79mm. im wondering if the my ls1 will still see some hp gains or if it will be so little it wont be worth it! or if an ls1 can even idle through a 79mm intake? i was running 12lbs of boost in the honda, but it would rev much quicker than my ss and would redline at 7,000 rpm! well.... i havent even started on anything yet besides tearing the sc down to be cleaned, so if anyone smarter than me would care to comment???
